i finally went for my first class outing yesterday! heh okay lah, it was just a third of the class, but it was the first time i was attending a thing with class people, so it was really good to be able to go (:

i guess with my poor attendance at these things, people in the class would naturally assume i just don't like hanging out with the class, which really isn't true. it's just that somehow the outings have been inconvenient for me, or like the movie one, i'd already watch captain america, so i really didn't wanna spend money again! well at least i managed to go for this one, so yep! (:

we went to a steamboat/bbq buffet restaurant in sunset way called fortune cuisine, and spent like 3.5h there helping ourselves to the food :P i really didn't realise we spend such a long time just eating and eating and eating the whole way... hahaha, not bad lah. they also had chicken hearts there for people to barbeque, so i happily helped myself to 8 of them :D they're really really nice! haha even clement tan said so kay, so i'm not alone :P


well, thanks for asking me along anyway (: i really enjoyed myself. a pity i couldn't have attended more, or join you guys for the class trip... but i guess while our class may not have been the most exciting class in the level per se (especially with our eerily quiet lessons), but the class is definitely one void of politics and tension, full of good-natured people, and there are little quirks in our own different way (: so for that, i am indeed thankful.

and on a very random side note, elliot yeo is a really nice guy! would've loved to get to know him better, though our paths never crossed much aside from OG days, so oh well. who knows, our paths might intertwine in the future, or then again, they mightn't. either way, he's a real gentleman and a great guy, and may God continue to shine His favour on him (:
